Year 4 make maps of Hazlegrove out of materials scavenged from the woods!

Members of year 4 spent Wednesday afternoon thinking about what a map of Hazlegrove would look like if it were made out of materials scavenged from the woods! They started with a sketch diagram, then moved on to hunt for building materials wherever they could find them.
Some focused on the little details (flowerbeds, the sword in the stone and the well) while others aimed to represent as many buildings as possible.
