Miranda Krestovnikoff gave us a fascinating talk about the oceans and marine conservation from her viewpoint as a diver.
It was great to hear Miranda’s anecdotes and about her passion for scuba diving. She urged us to go out and experience what is happening to our planet; to realise the impact each of us are having on the environment and to make sure that we all take the steps we can to make it a better place. There are little decisions everybody can make every day regarding food miles, packaging and much more to lessen the impact of man on the environment.
All in all, it was a very interesting talk inspiring us to find small ways in which we can make a difference.
