Wilbur wrote to Theresa May about plastics and packaging

In Assembly yesterday morning our Headmaster, Richard Fenwick, spoke of his own personal experiences of scuba diving and snorkeling around the Cornish coast. He included references to how much marine life is around nowadays in comparison to when he snorkeled and scuba dived in his younger days.

Mr Fenwick told the children about how plastics are ending up in the seas as micro beads and are entering the food chain.

There have been many comments made by the children about this Assembly and Wilbur from Year 3 decided to write a letter to the Prime Minister about it.

We look forward to hearing more from Wilbur when he gets a reply from the Prime Minister.
